April, 2025: An amazing day of football, fun and community action! A rainy, windy day couldn't stop more than 500 people coming together for the Renew Australia for All MultiCulti Cup on the weekend. 16 teams proudly represented their countries and cultural groups played 55 lively games. Well done to every team that did an amazing job in great community spirits. Huge congratulations for the Champion team Sudan who had a comeback victory in extra time against the formidable Eritrean team 4-2....

At the end of 2024, Hunter Community Alliance's (HCA) discernment process launched two powerful new campaign areas—loneliness and social isolation, and stretched community services—bringing our total to four alongside climate/transition and housing/homelessness. On Wednesday 5 Nov 2025, exactly 150 people overfilled Bidwill Uniting for the Together in 2770 and Sydney Alliance Transport Assembly with NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Transport Marjorie O’Neill - Member for Coogee.
